Important Information for Alcan Case Returns:
Please be aware of the following when considering a return:

  • Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Include your order number with your return for efficient processing.
  • Alcan Case does not supply return labels for customer-initiated returns or exchanges.*
  • Returns are only accepted if reported within 14 days from the delivery date. (To accommodate holiday gift purchases, items bought from November 15th to December 24th can be returned up until January 14, as long as they meet all other return criteria.)
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the returned item reaches our facility. We advise using a shipping method that offers tracking and tracing to monitor your return. If we do not receive the returned item, no refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Returning (part of) your order may affect any special offers applied to your purchase. If so, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the item(s).
  • In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact us at contact@alcancase.com within 3 business days of receiving the item to report the issue.
